Details:
- Day one;
Transfer from Ancona airport / railway station to your accommodation in the area of Cupramontana, capital of the Verdicchio.
In the evening dinner in a local restaurant.
- Day two;
In the morning you'll have a walk through the wineyards of the Verdicchio grapes accompagnied by a local winefarmer.
Afterwards we degustate several wines, meanwhile enjoying a little lunch.
The day will end with a dinner.
- Day three;
In the morning we visit a winecellar where champagne is made.
In the afternoon you get an introduction into the proces of making good olive oil, followed by a little course how to taste the oil.
We end this visit with a degustation of different oliveoils.
In the evening dinner.
- Day four;
First you go with cook Marina into the fields or woods to find eatable plants and mushrooms (according the season).
Afterwards you and Marina will prepare some Marchigianian dishes with the ingredients you found in the morning.
In the evening you'll taste the result accompanied by a good glass of wine.
- Day five;
Transfer from your accommodation to Ancona airport / railway station.
