Visit to an olive oil mill, where the traditional press method is not immediately thrown overboard, but used together with the modern technology.
During the tour, it becomes clear, as well as old millstones as modern olive presses and centrifuge will lead to an excellent olive oil.
A mini course "how to taste olive oil" is also on the program, from now on you will always require quality oil on the menu!
The tour ends with snacks prepared with extra virgine olio di oliva.
From late October you can see the mill in operation. - Marchigian lunch in which organic products are processed.
- Organic farming is often associated with a woolly socks image, those days are clearly over! Younger wine producers want to produce quality wines with respect for nature. The difference with the traditional vineyards are explained and shown when we visit the organic farmers. The wine tasting after the tour will prove it to you: organic wine tastes too!
- Sequence of the program can vary according to local circumstances.
